Do you mean your data vendor or your software vendor? A data vendor will not help you. A software vendor might, especially if they have experience with DSpace. If you can find someone with some XSLT experience, it's easy to do the transformation. The target format (SAF) is described here [1]. Alternatively, you could transform also to the AIP format [2], but that one is a bit more complex, so I recommend you to go with SAF.
