No. we give you the source code, scitech seem to give you a binary. I 
assume scitech isn't hardware accelerated so sucks to actually do any real 
work on.

EGL and miniglx have been told to you, these however only support a 
limited number of chipset and configurations for mainly embedded systems 
work, your idea isn't possible without major work that no-one else is 
doing at the moment, just use X, start it with -noreset -br, hack out the 
mouse cursor don't use a window manager, voila a full screen OpenGL..
