I'm running 2.6.6 too with the X.org 6.7.0 release. Basically, the
latest from Fedora devel. I tried to update Mesa to the latest (6.0.1) and now it seems to work - it doesn't crash, but the gradient example I mentioned earlier comes out flat-shaded...
