Line acceleration used to be broken in the radeon driver. This has been
fixed, unfortunately with some undesired side effects as discussed in
another thread.

Option "XaaNoSolidTwoPointLine"
Option "XaaNoDashedTwoPointLine"
These should work around either problem at the cost of line
acceleration.
