A workflow has to have a diagram, right..
Starting from the workflow diagram from the wiki page, covering use of a
shared storage (no online edit) server, put together a first pass with
changes for NC/Libreoffice Online.

@Olivier, the file is saved in my own work space on the server and set you
up with edit capabilities.

If anyone else wants edit rights on that, and you have a NC account, just
let me know and I'll add you also.
