One of the decisions from the team was to look at using the TDF maintained
NextCloud (NC) server in the development of the guide.

Currently the TDF wiki lists a workflow expecting the use of the ODFAuthors
website, a site based on Plone, and as such does not include any use of the
online editing and reviewing capabilities available from the NC/LibreOffice
Online resource. This is layout out at this page:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Documentation/Development/User_Guides

I notice that this particular page is translated for use by four native
language teams also, so I figure I should not just update that today. Or
should I just add a new section there for NC/LibreOffice workflow vs a
separate page?

I'm writing text into a local editor and will wait for any feedback on that
for a bit before I do either an update to that page or add a new one.
