Thanks, John. I'll look at it. I've had a lot of experience rescuing buggered-up xrefs and other problems. Content was the main thing, and it sounds like you've tackled that. We'll get someone else to check the chapter after I've had a go at it.
I hope you'll have the energy to do the other remaining chapters. Perhaps after a break?
