I've uploaded Chapter 8 Pivot Tables to ODF.
I think this was more than I should have attempted. It has been very
problematic but I've done what I can.
There are still problems with cross-references in the posted document. I
have been unable to delete some, for whatever reason, and there are some
which quite literally error within seconds of inserting or correcting
them. The original document had two references in it, named Erster
Abschnitt (first section) and Zweiter Abschnitt (second section). These
appear to have multiplied and are scattered around now.
The chapter has had major surgery on it because of bugs in the 3.4
release, and because of incomplete implementation of the change from
DataPilot to Pivot Table.
Do let me know if you want me to revisit this, but I'm probably at my
limit here. Apologies for that.
