Keith, I have pushed the latest version of GS1 up to my fork. Dick had edits for GS2 and GS3 and I have those ready to go. I believe he has already applied AOOdoc.ott to them and I will check that. I will also apply AOOdoc.ott to all of the remaining chapters of the Getting Started guide and push all of those up to the fork. So, after tonight my versions of GS1 - GS3 will have been reviewed by either you or Dick and all of the GS chapters will use the new template.
