That is the only difference between AOO41GS.ott and AOOdoc.ott. I
renamed it to make it more generic rather than have people think it was
only for that specific guide.

We should use the AOOdoc.ott for all of the guides we inherited from
OOOAuthors.

On a separate note. Where are the latest updated versions of the Getting
Started Guide.
