Presented with this choice, I very much prefer to side with implementers. I.e. 
I agree with what Philip and Mark said up thread.

I see two camps. Kids who want to clean up their room and kids who don’t want 
to clean up their room. We should side with the occupiers of the rooms.

In other words, this is not how WG consensus works.

I explicitly said I agree with Philip and Mark and tried to explain why.

Consensus call is a job for chairs, so I don't see why you are bringing it up in this thread.
