Apologies; I guess this state change was unclear.
This is not a Call for Adoption, but we merely labeled the draft a candidate
for (a later call for) adoption. We're not soliciting adoption feedback right
now (although conversation can of course continue!).

As mentioned before on this list, I'm against adopting this draft.
There are now two code points for private DS hash functions that could be
used for experiments using the PRIVATE* algorithms.
DNSOP is very busy. Creating a trandards track document for private algorithms
is not a good use of our time.
The main need for a standards track document seems to be to be able to use
the PRIVATE* reliably on the Internet. In my opinion, production use of
code points for private use on the public Internet is an anti-pattern and
should not be supported.
