As mentioned before on this list, I'm against adopting this draft. There are now two code points for private DS hash functions that could be used for experiments using the PRIVATE* algorithms. DNSOP is very busy. Creating a trandards track document for private algorithms is not a good use of our time. The main need for a standards track document seems to be to be able to use the PRIVATE* reliably on the Internet.
