The number of systems that may require a translation/gateway to
deal with UDP/53 only devices is still quite big.
I'm often reminded of a tcpdump i have somewhere showing some
routers which return REFUSED over TCP/53 while they answer on UDP/53.
These devices are still popular and pretty badly designed for
consumers who don't even know what DNS is.
