I had already read the 02 version of the document and didn't have any
remarks. With this new version I looked at the diff between 02 and 04
[1] and noticed that "namespace" was replaced with "name space". In
alinea 3 of section "3. Name Space Fragmentation" the word "namespace"
was added, but without the space, so I would think the space should be
added here as well. This is also the case in section "4.1. Guidelines
for Authoritative DNS Server Configuration" .

In section "4. Policy Based Avoidance of Name Space Fragmentation" I
believe there is a typo "comaprably" -> "comparably".

The last bullet point of "4.1. Guidelines for Authoritative DNS Server
Configuration" has "when when" where I think only "when" would be enough and I
wonder if it should say "or" instead of "and" in "DNS resolution via IPv4-only
and IPv6-only networks.

The reference to RFC6877 for XLAT in section "4.2. Guidelines for DNS
Resolvers" could be moved to a earlier mention of XLAT in section "3.2 Network
Conditions Causing IP Version Related Name Space Fragmentation"
And the same is true for PREF64 [RFC6146].

I hope this helps.
