I also support the adoption of this document.  Of particular interest to me is 
section 4.1 Domain Name Lifecycle.  We have seen a significant amount of fraud 
related to previously registered domains that have been used in other social 
media apps.

I like this document, and I think that DNSOP should adopt it.

To address Joes concern about breadth of review, I think that the DNSOP WH 
Chairs should ask for early ARTART and SecDir review as soon as the document is 
adopted.  At least that will get some additional perspectives to look at it.
