Are there differences between failure reports in RFC7489 and DMARCbis? If so, what are they? I don't see a section on that in draft-ietf-dmarc-failure-reporting-24.txt.
I also noticed that the failure reporting draft has a status of EDIT*A*R, while the documents in the cluster have a status of EDIT*R. What does that mean in this content? Respectfully, Sean Whalen
