Because your patch was merged after I asked for an override (I didn't want to 
keep sending minor changes, such as I realized I forgot to fix up the i18n on 
your surname in the XML before it was uploaded, but I can correct that later).  

The patch you provided wasn't meant to address comments from the AD/IESG 
review, correct?
