communication channel for development, I think it would be a good idea to
update the docs to either replace the references to `django-developers`
mailing list with Forum URL, or at least point to both places.
I don't mind adding ''"... or on the Django Forum"'' to references to the
`django-developers` mailing list, but **not** removing them. TBH, I follow
the mailing list more closely than the forum, and it's not just me.
