Currently on `main:HEAD`, libbacktrace building will emit quite a lot of
outputs on screen, which is neither informative nor readable. This PR cleans it
up by saving outputs to log files if no error occurs.
Also, `--host={MACHINE_NAME}` doesn't seem to be useful given
`{MACHINE_NAME}` is not a proper CMake variable. Therefore, this PR removes
this line.
