In https://downloads.kicad.org/kicad/linux/explore/10.0-testing the version
string should be 10.0 + something, now it's 10.99 + something. Either the
string is just wrong, or it actually includes the wrong version. In the
latter case this is potentially dangerous because someone may accidentally
save with new format and no way back.
