That may well turn out to be true.  All I'm saying is (and I know you're
not suggesting this), there's no point in doing the RIAA/MPAA's work for
them before it happens.  In fact, making any supposedly defensive moves to
go down that road only increase the chances of being forced to do so.  I
think the OpenNap people are wrong.  They're not making it harder to get
sued, they're making it easier.
