refquota_007_pos.ksh: 80, I'm not sure how "log_must" works with the
pipeline.  Which exit code(s) does it check? I think we typically do the
send and receive with separate log_must commands (storing the stream in a
file).

I think this is testing send/receive, so it should be in a test directory
related to send/receive.  refquota works according to the design, "zfs
receive" is just setting it when you don't want it set.
