Having both grab head does force us to eat it but means 6 tools are more
unstable than necessary. That seems to be bad since a tool breakage
would impact development on the head.
I changed my update script to track the release branches of Binutils,
GCC, and GDB for the RTEMS 6 tools. The RTEMS 7 tools use the master
branches.
