You need a new option, e.g.
spec/build/cpukit/RTEMS-BUILD-CPUKIT-OPTXLEN.yml
It should be enabled by clang and riscv:
enabled-by:
and:
- clang
- riscv
The option must be evaluated before the tool settings:
