They are declared in the header files. They are not included in
libbsd,
but this should be an issue.
Does this mean that the implementation would come from FreeBSD and be
in rtems-libbsd?
It doesn't look like there are tickets for these based on the original
email. There should be.
They have to come from a network stack. You could also implement them in
the legacy stack. So far nobody missed these functions.
