I don't know, but if they can be bought under POSIX Compilance
Umbrella, I am ready to work on them.
RTEMS has its own file descriptor implementation. You cannot port it
from other systems. They should be easy to implement. You just have to
call rtems_filesystem_eval_path_start_with_root_and_current() with the
right arguments.
