Correct, as @Peter Robinson <[email protected]> and @Daniel Berrangé <[email protected]> said. The deadline date was for when change owners needed to *submit* their change proposal by, not to have change proposals *completed* by. Accepted changes for F45 have until 11 August 2026 to be in a testable state, and 25 August 2026 to be complete, as per our schedule[1].
