I retired the 'mysql8.0' package in Rawhide. (before F45 branching. There is no successful F45 build [1])
The MySQL 8.0 reached EOL upstream in April earlier this year and no fixes are provided beyond that point. The Fedora currently has the 'mysql8.4' package, which is the current "distribution default" version of MySQL since F43 [2]. No packages in Rawhide depend on 'mysql8.0'. Fedora also has the 'mysql9.7' package available which is about to become the new "distribution default" version of MySQL in Fedora 45 [3].
