I wonder if it would be useful to add to the wording of the tickets
something asked about why they haven't contributed recently?

But that could be difficult to word nicely... and I suspect lots of them
would just say "too busy/not enough time", but perhaps the data would be
useful for us to fix things that cause people to be less active that we
can address...
