PRs for runtime requirements -- happily in these cases all of them are
just stale manual dependencies

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-debianbts/pull-request/1
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-keystoneclient/pull-request/2
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-music21/pull-request/4
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-octaviaclient/pull-request/3
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-osc-lib/pull-request/2
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-oslo-log/pull-request/2

tackerclient is special - it currently fails to rebuild even without
the PR due to an unrelated issue, *but* was fine as of the mass
rebuild. something fails in cliff.sphinxext but the code should not be
failing (and there is no new version of cliff or sphinx between fc43
and fc44)

https://paste.centos.org/view/265d3ebd

One thing to note - we should probably retire python-mock in Rawhide
soon, now that we have PRs for all the affected packages in flight
(except for 2 packages that are FTBFS, not counting tackerclient). I'd
say leave python-mock in F44 as is but still build the fixed packages
for F44, that way any new package or updates to existing packages that
might accidentally reintroduce python-mock would fail on Rawhide and we
stop it from coming back.

I'll follow up after that with upstreaming any PRs to packages where we
touch upstream code, at least in cases where upstream's latest version
still uses the standalone mock.

Best regards,
