I tried to upgrade my rawhide VM; it is using the XFCE desktop. I got the
following:
Problem: conflicting requests
- nothing provides webp-pixbuf-loader(x86-64) needed by
xfdesktop-4.20.1-2.fc43.x86_64 from rawhide
Looking at the webp-pixbuf-loader I see:
$ cat dead.package
Not required since glycine replaces it
Is there a plan to update xfdesktop to use glycine? (Cc'ing the maintainers of
xfdesktop.)
I noticed that the rawhide spins don't have an XFCE iso - perhaps this is due
to the above issue?
