Looking at the URL above, seeing "Maintained by orphan" ... that certainly
does not help clear up any confusion ;-)
The problem is: The package is actually both orphaned (= not maintained by
anybody) and retired on rawhide (= still available in Fedora 31, but gone from
Fedora 32+).
