Should I file an extra bug for Tomcat 10 product, though the problems strongly seem to be related? The 64-Bit installations of my Tomcat 10.1.50 (and 9.0.113) services do not have this problem and work up to now without problems. For me, it looks like the Apache Commons Daemon Version 1.5.0.0 is the problem. I fixed my problems by replacing the tomcat10.exe and the tomcat10w.exe (not sure whether this is really necessary) in the bin folder of my Tomcat 10.1.50 32-Bit installation with tomcat10.exe and tomcat10w.exe (Apache Commons Daemon 1.4.1.0) from the old Tomcat 10.1.49 32-Bit installation.
