In the US, Thanksgiving is a major holiday which pretty much takes
everyone out of the office from Wednesday 22 November through Sunday 26
November.
I think we should aim to time releases either sometime the previous week
(meaning NEXT week) or for after the 22nd.
I wouldn't want anyone to install an upgrade and then go on vacation for
4-5 days without paying any attention, just in case something is broken :)

I've addressed all the error handling things I want to address so I
intend to start the release process for 11.0.x shortly.

Our October releases were late/re-released so if we skipped November and
just waited until the beginning of December, I don't think anyone would
be too upset.
