I have a few things I still want to look at with the recent error
handling changes. I'm seeing differences in behaviour between versions I
at least want to understand. Depending on what I find, I might try and
align behaviours a little more.
Once that is done, I plan to run my usual set of tests and then tag.
Best guess is I'll be tagging some time tomorrow.
Related to releases, our DigiCert code signing key we use for signing
Windows releases is about to expire. I've ordered the replacement. Once
it is in place, I'll update the build.properties.default file.
