> @michael-o I updated the first commit to remove the outdated code instead and set the first supported version as libressl `3.5.2` which is the first stable version of the `3.5.x` releases. This is only enough to fix the build. In the second new commit I removed everything else that doesn't seem to be required for libressl anymore. Please review in case I am being overzealous in removing code, thanks! > > https://github.com/libressl-portable/portable/blob/5f5feb2bbc94a8cd8d101b6245c0d9b50f2a15ce/ChangeLog#L31 Looking at the Gentoo discussion, for me as a BSD guy I don't see any reason to support LibreSSL compared to OpenSSL 3.0.0. Am I wrong? What are the compelling reasons from the against the discussion? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
