I have since concluded that technically converting a commercial jar with this tool, regardless of what it does, would likely be a violation of just about all commercial EULAs. You should probably say as much somewhere. It's not crystal clear that it doesn't affect open-source licenses like Apache License 2.0 section 4 for example which states `with or without modifications, and in Source or Object form` ... `You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices stating that You changed the files`.
