Tomcat provided this for a while back around the time of Tomcat 6.
Opinion was strongly divided on whether there should be a confirmation dialog
or not. It was removed back in 2009 and this is the first request I recall for
it to return.
There are plenty of ways to disable undeploy (e.g. with a security constraint).
Further advice is available from the users@ list if required.
