Since RELOAD and UNDEPLOY buttons are very close together, it would be
advisable to ASK FOR CONFIRMATION when UNDEPLOY button is pressed within the
Manager console.
This could save a lot of pain (especially in production environments).
Also, developers could have used a junction to link their local development
folder to Tomcat's webapps folder (to speed up repetitive deployment operations
on their own machine) so an unintentional undeploy would end up deleting
contents of the original working folder.
Since Manager's presentation logic is wrapped inside catalina.jar it's not easy
to disable undeploy button.
Could you at least provide a confirmation dialog on UNDEPLOY click?
