I went for the simple fix - removing all the keys apart from the one I want to use from the release VM. I also re-signed all the files. I used the GUI rather than the command line and there are some minor differences but I checked on a different machine and they validated correctly. I haven't looked at the build script yet. That is next on my TODO list.
