Additionally, spec suggests that it is for automata only clients are not required to read it but it doesn't say that it is OK for the server to drop it. This is not an "obvious bug" as someone suggested because "not required to read" is completely different from "are not supposed to read it". Do you have an API that allows me to set a Reason Phrase even for 200/300/400 responses?
