Look, all that I'm saying is that the code that is
inside /tc6.0.x/trunk/ should always compile before
any release, and that we do not 'componetisize' that
code base. We can have as many builds with various
parts from that code base as we wish, but not as
an independent modules in a sense of being able
to work with previous versions released.

Anything else should IMHO go outside that tree, like
jasper, commons, etc.. (as we do nowadays after all).
If there is a need to make something completely
independent of the core build, then this must not be the
part of the core itself thought.
