## Summary
- Replace `SourceTask` base class in `GenerateChecksums` with `DefaultTask`
+ `ConfigurableFileCollection` (abstract method added in Gradle 9)
- Disable `failOnNoDiscoveredTests` globally for subprojects with test
sources but no test classes (e.g. `tapestry-openapi-viewer`,
`tapestry-rest-jackson`)
- Some other minor syntactical changes in build files
## Test plan
- `./gradlew build` compiles and passes on Gradle 9.0.0
