Both ways are valid. But then we should really prohibit any code reuse between modules and modules and core.

I am not sure it will be a benefit for Tamaya. I agree that the API should be indepentend of core. But who will be so crazy to mix serveral implementations of one API? As a user I look for one framework and will not collect pieces form different implementations.
