While it is a very good idea to encourage new commiters to the mojo project, do we have any idea of why those people asked to join? Are they willing to contribute new plugins? Fix existing ones? We should vote based on motivated requests.
I tend to think that we must preserve a minimal gatekeepers system on new contributions and contributors.
