Janitor:

"A janitor is a person who takes care of a building, such as a school,

Heh, the common perception in England of a janitor (esp. in a school)
is pretty much a dead-end job. Also check the occupational tasks from
http://www.answers.com/janitor :

"Typical janitorial work often consists of the following tasks:
   * Cleaning bathrooms
         o Sinks
         o Toilets
         o Urinals
   * Cleaning Floors
   * Emptying trash"

Probably not the most glamorous name ;)
