Hi With Apache Stanbol we adopted the rule that
* Developers resolves an issue if work on it is completed * Release manager close resolved issues as soon as they get released (after the vote for a release passed) The only exception are issues that do not get released (e.g. issues about the Homepage, Integration Server ...) those should be closed immediately. Personally I do like this procedure as it is very easy (as a user) to understand the current state * open or reopened Issue: Not resolved yet. Maybe there is a patch or workaround available * resolved: I can use the SNAPSHOT version until the next release * closed: Use a version >= the one mentioned in JIRA best Rupert On Fri, Feb 1, 2013 at 4:52 PM, Jakob Frank <[email protected]> wrote: > Both, in JIRA and the IDE i have the option to close an issue without > resolving it before. > > I think it's more a cultural question who closes an issue. > > Best > Jakob > On 1 Feb 2013 14:49, "Sergio Fernández" <[email protected]> wrote: > >> Hi >> >> On 01/02/13 14:06, Nandana Mihindukulasooriya wrote: >> >>> I can't check in Marmotta (didn't get the attachment) >>> >> >> Strange... the attachment went in my outgoing message, but it didn't >> arrive to the mailing list.
