If you are running a restaurant but the Chefs are limited to a bowl and spoon
in what they create, I think you will find that the restaurant's market appeal
will be fairly constrained, and the same goes for the chefs that want to work
in / with the restaurant.

Swing, will it be something else, or do we want multiple spin-off projects?
