That's not quite right IMO. In Log4j 1 we have XMLSocketReceiver in the
"extras" jar. We actually use XMLSocketReceiver at work and when that
product is eventually ported to Log4j 2, it would be weird to deliver a
log4j-samples jar as part of our runtime. As it is now, log4j-server is
'normal' but the fact that it comes from the samples repo is a bit odd but
not as bad as delivering a log4j-samples. What is the solution? I still
like have a the module log4j-server in the main repo.
